October Update

(2) SPONSORSHIPS: Sponsorships are still available! Partnered with your booth, sponsorships can be a great branding technique. Starting at $300! Please call advertising sales representative Betsy Pierre at 763-295-5420.
(3) HOTEL: Northern Green Expo’s headquarters hotel is the Hyatt Regency. The Hyatt is connected via skyway to the Convention Center. The cost is only $94 per night for a standard room. For room reservations, click on http://www.northerngreenexpo.org/hotel/ or call 888-421-1442. Make sure you mention the Northern Green Expo. You should have received the registration form in your exhibitor packet. If you need another form sent to you, please let us know.
OTHER INFORMATION
Registration: EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE ON-LINE AT https://greenexporegistration.org/exhibitor_reg.php Save time at the show by pre-registering! Your company receives two registrations free with each 10x10 booth rented. Registration for additional people is $12 per person for trade show only; $65 for one day and $79 for three day general Expo registration which includes all educational programs. All Exhibitor badges will be held at will-call to be picked up at the show.
Exhibit Set-Up:
- Exhibit set-up will be Tuesday, January 5th from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Special arrangements . . . Any exhibitor with large equipment/machinery or with a booth requiring extensive preparation should consider setting up Monday, January 4th from 2:00-5:00 p.m. You must call the Northern Green Expo’s Mary Dunn to verify that you are coming on this day and obtain a pass. EXHIBITORS WITH PASSES WILL BE ALLOWED TO ENTER AT 2:00. THOSE WITHOUT PASSES MAY OR MAY NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER AND WILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL COMPANIES WITH PASSES HAVE BEEN ALLOWED IN.

DISPLAY RULES: The Northern Green Expo adheres to the International Association of Exposition Management Guidelines for Displays and Regulations as a means of promoting continuity, consistency and fairness to all exhibitors. For a complete copy of the guidelines, contact Expo show management. Two guidelines that are often violated: (1) Display materials should be arranged in such a manner so as to not obstruct sight lines of neighboring exhibitors. In the half of the booth nearest to the aisle, materials are restricted to four feet in height. (2) In an end-cap booth, the four-foot rule described in #1 applies not only to the front aisle, but also to the side aisle. All other booth height restrictions are 12 feet. Show management can provide you the complete guidelines, which includes diagrams. If your booth is in violation of blocking the view of your neighbor’s booth, you will be directed to change your display.
